After photographing hundreds, maybe thousands of people through out my life, I've noticed that there are a small group of very specific individuals who have the ability to look right through the camera. Sometimes I miss it even while shooting, but when I review my photographs at the end of the day, these people become unmistakable. Often times they have gone through a great deal in their life, other times they are those rare souls who have somehow found peace for themselves. And sometimes they are just the little people of the world, like this one here... who you know, just get it.
